A parent’s phone
How I help you set up Grok on your mom’s phone
You live in one place. She lives in another. You want Grok on her phone so the day is a little less slippery. I sit with you on Zoom or FaceTime and go slowly.
Who this is for
You are an adult child or a caregiver. This is remote on purpose. National. No office visit. She does not need to be good at computers. You should be on the call. If she will use the phone, she should be on the call too.
What we do in the hour
I start with the phone she actually carries. Sign-in. The subscription already on. Then the Grok app where her thumb can reach it. If typing is a fight, we lean toward speaking. First prompts in her words. Grok Bots, if they help, each do one job.
SuperGrok first
You’ll set up SuperGrok before we meet — about $30 a month to xAI, not to me. Official plans: https://x.ai/pricing and https://grok.com/plans
What stays in her control
Her account. Her phone. Her wording. I do not stay in the app after the call. This is not medical care. I will not replace her doctor, her therapist, or you. I will not be on call.

You don’t have to fill anything out. Send a short note. I’ll write back.
