Five steps. No rush.

How it works

You don’t need to know what to ask or how to use Grok. You don’t have to go out and buy a course. We start with you answering questions related to how a daily assistant could help you and we develop a plan. When we get on Zoom or FaceTime, we discuss the plan and fine-tune a final setup, with step-by-step instructions for you to implement. Then Grok gets to work.

  1. 01

    Tell me who you are

Person living with a disability, a parent, or a caregiver. That changes the setup approach — and helps us figure out who should be on the Zoom or FaceTime call.

  2. 02

A short interview about the day

Five questions. What things seem to fall through the cracks every day? Will you be using this on your laptop, phone, or both? Will you primarily type or speak into the apps? Nothing clinical or private. No pressure to get everything right — we’ll work on that together when we meet.

  3. 03

    A suggested setup to review

I’ll prepare a suggested setup for Grok and Grok Bot assistants, for you to review. This setup will be the subject of our meeting, and what we fine-tune by the end of our session.

  4. 04

Free follow-up after you review the draft plan

If the draft plan isn’t quite right, you send me ideas or tweaks and I revise it before our meeting. No charge. I’d rather get this honest before you pay.

    Optional · no charge

  5. 05

One hour on Zoom or FaceTime

Booked for a weeknight between 8–10pm EST. We sit together and discuss things before we finalize your plan. Whoever will be the primary user should be on that call.

The call

Whoever will be the primary user should be on the call. If this is for a teen, parents should be on the call, at least to introduce the user. We can take it from there, or you’re free to stay with us and learn, too.

Key things

SuperGrok first

SuperGrok is about $30 a month — a subscription paid to xAI, not me. You’ll set that up before we meet. The Grok and Grok Bot app is where our plan gets set up on your device or devices.

You stay in control

This is a setup for an assistant that you control — and it’s set up to make your life easier. It does not replace doctors, therapists, or experts.
